Challenge #002 from "As You See It" - and challenge it was!
This week I was very pressed for time and so I found my mind wandering to all the things I needed to get done instead of allowing my creativity to flow. However, in saying that, this challenge gave me the opportunity to "train my brain" and focus on the challenge at hand and not allow anxiety to set in, I'm not sure it worked - LOL
So. . . here is my take on this week's challenge - I flipped the sketch in more ways than one and tried to keep it fairly simple, as the paper I chose was already quite busy. I also incorporated a few "SIMPLE" elements I've been wanting to try over the years, but just never seem to get around to. Like using my micron marker for making a border and using my label buddy to add more texture to the layout. Of course I had to whip out my sewing machine - one of my most absolutely favourite things to do!
