What a great challenge for this “over thinker” 😝
Here’s what we can use:
- Paper
- Stamps
- Ink
- Ribbon, just a touch
- Scissors
- Paper Trimmer
I even decided to make my own background with the Concord & 9th Plaid stamp.... Stampin Up now has this background stamp too, the possibilities are endless with this baby ...
Definitely had to do some fussy cutting with scissors, I find this part very relaxing as I concentrate on moving the paper around the stamped image and keeping the scissors stationary. Then lightly inking the edges gives you a nicely defined and finished look.
Stampin’ Up! Supplies Used:
Cardstock- Whisper White, Purely Pomegranate
Ink - Rose Red, Old Olive
Stamp Set - Healing Hugs
Concord & 9th
- Plaid Background
Oh yes! Soooo pretty! Isn't it amazing what we can do with just the basics? Love the colours you've chosen here and the way you've got your fussy cut rose to shine like this. Thanks for joining us again at As You See It.
