This Puns For You Card Challenge

This has has been such a FUN PUN challenge from Scrap ‘N Stamp...

I didn’t even realize how many stamp sets I had with comical pun sentiments in them... 
Definitely going to revisit this challenge and make a few more cards.  In the meantime, here is my submission...

It simply amazes me at what a few layers of cardstock can add to a card. Contrasting colours just make this cupcake pop.. pretty SIMPLE 😆

Happy Birthday To A Coffee Person

I knew she absolutely loved this Stampin’ Up! Coffee Café stamp set and so I wanted to give it a bit of a feminine look 👀 

Well ... it just so happens that SU happened to have this card on their blog for ideas... but what do you do when you don’t have all the supplies required, “You Improvise”.

So I used the SU Stripes TIEF, Versamark and some clear embossing powder to give the striped paper... oh ya! 

I also used a generic Coffee Bean embossing folder for the white cardstock to add a little more texture...

All that to say my DIL loved the card 💕 along with a Starbucks gift card.

A Little Splash of Colour

I’ve been waiting to get my hands on these sets.... Stampin’ Ups! Floral Frames and Butterfly Gala.

They are both so delicate and full of beauty just add a splash of colour... 

This design was totally cased from Pinterest.... 

Due to health issues card making has become a therapy for me and I’m so grateful for the many talented designers out there that share their beautiful cards, without them I’d probably be lost...
